Hiring Executives Reveal the Weirdest Replies During Job Interviews

Your hiring process is like a fine tuned, well-oiled engine.  The gears begin churning as you identify that you have a vacancy, making sure to cross your T’s and dot your i’s on developing the position description. You plan out how you’re going to recruit and then put the plan into action. Everyone knows that sometimes nerves get the best of applicants and their responses can potentially be a little off or shaky.  But what about when the response is crazy, zany, insulting and just plain weird! 

“I’m not wanted in this state.”
“How many young women work here?”
“You touch somebody and they call it sexual harassment!”
“I’ve never heard such a stupid question.”

Yes, believe it or not the above aren’t just random statements overheard in a bar or police line-up, these were said during job interviews. Of course nervousness can get the best of anyone but telling a Hiring manager that, “its best that you probably don’t run a background check on me” they are going to remember EVERYTHING said!
