Judges Require Florida Gov. to Retool Employee Drug Testing Bill

Upon being elected into office, Florida Gov. Rick Scott made a quick impression by issuing an executive order requiring pre-employment drug screenings for nearly every public worker. Yet, after previously being handed a major judicial setback, a set of federal appeals judges issued a ruling perhaps paving the way for implementation.
